Return/Refund Policy

Effective: June 18, 2024

In Store:

Returns of unopened products or unused tools are allowed within 7 business days of purchase with an original receipt. Any opened or partially used products or tools are not eligible for returns. If a return of an opened  or partially used products or tools by GC Flooring USA, then store credit of an amount determined by the manager or staff will be given including up to no credit for the return.

Damaged products or tools  is handled on a case-by-case basis and only considered if the products or tools were sold in a damaged state.

Any delivery damage will be the responsibility of the carrier or delivery service.

Online:

Eligible online returns are any unused or unopened products or tools in its original packaging may be allowed within 7 business days of original purchase date. All return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. GCFlorringUSA.com must be notified via email at infusa@gcflooringsystems.com  of all returns from online purchases within the 7 business days of original purchase.

Any returns beyond 7 business days may only be eligible for possible and estimated store credit or even no credit depending on the condition of the products or tools upon return.  After 30 days of original purchase date no returns are eligible, all sales are final.

Refunds:

Any refunds issued for whatever amounts full or partial may be returned to the payment form used and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Store Credit:

Will be issued by voucher or ledger from GC Flooring USA and may  be used with future purchases of products or tools. Any amounts over the store credit are due at point of sale.

Online Cancellations:

All online cancellations must be requested at infousa@gcflooringsystems.com and processed 48 hours prior to shipping or delivery.  No cancellations will be honored after shipping or delivery is initiated.  Only the written return process will be used.
